For Turkey, 1990 was year of start for industrial investment. Of course this progress affects all cities in Turkey as well as Karaman. During this period, in 1994 ANI Biscuits Company was established. ANI Biscuits Company started its production with biscuits, but since than with continuously increasing products sale, our company has turned to investments for new and quality products which has never stopped. After great performance, our company had been honored by Istanbul Chamber of Industry for being in 2 nd 500 biggest firms in Turkey.  ANI Biscuits Company starts its production with 40 employees, but today 800 employees are working with our Company. We believe that with this employment, we are helping to decrease unemployment problem in our country as well. 

with the year 2000, we imported a new production line for all kinds of cake products. Cake line is completely automatic and computerized and produces many different cake products. All the processes from the beginning to the delivery of the products to the customer, have been carefully examined and analysed and these cakes products have been approved by our customers. Now ANI Biscuits continuing to its production facilities with 30000 m2 open and 50000 m2 closed area. 

With exporting to 90 countries around the world, ANI BISCUITS COMPANY is helping to input foreign currency to our country. For ANI BISCUITS COMPANY, selling and marketing actions are like a race, and with all employees in the learning process with team spirit from first step of production line until the last step of production and with under clean and hygienic condition production is very important. 

 In 2003, because of high demand from our customers both from outside of country and inside of country, we took position towards chocolate production and started producing different kinds of chocolates. In every situation, ANI Biscuit is tring to keep the demands alive. So on with the year 2005 beside this we have added milk chocolate coated caramel & nougat bar line investment to our program for 2006. And we have already started to produce all kind nougat bars. 

Today ANI BISCUITS COMPANY, with production line of Biscuits-Cakes-Chocolate-Wafers - Crackers-Marshmallow-Candy-Hazelnut Cream, has reached a serious proficiency in food sector and is one stop shopping for your needs. Today Company has over 160 tons daily capacity. with this capacity and different products, ANI BISCUITS COMPANY is one of the important company in its field. 

Producing qualified products has been very important for ANI BISCUITS COMPANY since from first day of company. That's why company has already got quality certificate of TSE, TSEK, TS-EN, and ISO 9001. Also, beside these certificates, we have been certified by IS0 22000, including HACCP discipline, which is the top of the quality managment systems.
