In cakes, we took the third place !

In Turkey as its well known there is a huge competiton in the sector of biscuit, cakes and chocolate. Today ,Turkey has the capacity to produce 800.000 tons of biscuits,200.000 tons of chocolate and with addition to new investments nearly 130.000 tons of cakes.In Turkey there are several companies who produces cakes. ANI biscuits company who was established in 1994 brought  its first line from europe for cakes in 2001. Beside biscuits we started to produce chocolate also and during this year 2007 we planted two different lines for cakes  with which we became the third biggest company in Turkey who produces cakes.

Today, 10% of the cakes in Turkey is produced in our facilities. The new lines can produce pasta types cakes with cream inside in 6 different flavours ( cocoa,strawberry,banana,hazelnut,caramel and capuccino) in 24 pieces for each boxes. This type of cakes with its taste and nice packing gained the acceptance of the customers every where. In the near future we will start to produce swiss roll cakes in this line too.

 The latest line for cakes we brought started to produce a kind that has been produced only by the biggest two companies in Turkey.This kind is well known by house wifes by wet cake "Brown" but with our brand name Brawo (kara Kiz) we started to produce the product in 40 gr. for each piece and in September started to market it in Turkey and abroad. We received a good imperssion from the customers regarding this kind of cakes. This cake has chocolate cream  or  soure cherry cream inside. The extra ordinary taste left in the mouth is described by everybody who tastes this cake.

This full automatic line started to produce also another kind of cakes which is 60 gr covered with chocolate and filled with cocoa sauce under the brand name "Choco cup".
